I need some help here apparently...I am going to purchase 3 or 4 knives from makers on this forum this year...I have already contacted some and gotten great feedback and help in picking out my 'babies'.

I also would like to get a Busse Knife. Not an Elk killer but maybe a Game Warden type. I seem to need a Captain Midnight Secret Decoder Ring (God, I'm gettin old..lol) to figure out how to order one from their site without an actual phone call. It seems they sell zilllions, have great steel and all of you love their products but it is hard for a newbee to figure out their sites....They have (apparently to my old eyes) no knives available but t-shirts and leather knife thongs and some sheaths.......then I could find no big uns (Battle Mistress) anywhere and the pricing seems to be whatever you add on to the knife..but no price for the knife??? I realize their knives have dozens of variations but how hard would it be to say....just as an example.....A Battle Mistress with black coating and snakeskin handles with a sheath is $1275.00.

By the way all of you are great and I enjoy the stories I read here....and now I know I'm not alone in my collecting frenzy...lol

Then click on 'knife' -- you'll see they're selling Badger Attack Tacticals right now. Much smaller knives than those enormous Fusion Battle Mistresses. Two types of Badgers -- Combat Grade and Limited Edition. Take a look at the two versions and see which one you like. $227 for a basic CG and $397 for the LE.

You can then click on 'order'...and the page will take you through the process. It'll be around 9 - 11 weeks before orders start shipping, probably, and your card will be charged a 'bit' before the knife ships.

The even smaller Game Wardens are offered through the Busse Combat Company Store -- a different site, and probably the one you've been looking at. They don't have ANY Game Wardens for sale right now. We fans bought their latest consignment two days ago. Reputedly, one case is left, but no one knows yet when they'll go up for sale. When they do -- it will be a feeding frenzy! Wardens sell out extremely fast.

You can also keep your eyes on the For Sale or For Trade (Individual, Production) sub-forums -- Game Wardens do show up there fairly regularly.

You can call the fine folks at the Busse Combat Knife Store (Wauseon, OH) or the Busse Combat Company Store (Idaho!) any time. They're great to talk to and will answer any question you have.

If you would like a Badger Attack you can order directly from Busse Combat.Anything else,such as a Game Warden,you can buy on the for sale forum right here on Blade Forums.

Go to the Blade Expo in Pasadena on the 23-25 of this month. Busse usually has a great display there.
