Or does something look odd about this knife?

Buckphoto.jpg

It's on Ebay now and seller says"Vintage Buck 110 Knife". Now I don't profess to be an expert on 110 knives but have enough of them to know that the bolsters aren't radiused. The rear bolster in one of the other photos doesn't look to have the same shape as a true 110, (not even a 4-dot)

Here's the number if anyone wants to look at the other photos in order to form an opinion: 360336493018

I smell a fake!

The handle looks right but not the bolsters

It's real, but some hobbyist has mangled it.

Now he wants you to give his failed experiment a good home.

:D

I would say from the look of the pictures the handle was all banged up and someone sanded or filed it to take out a bunch of dings and such. You can see a bunch of dings on the back and the gap along the backspring goes with them. I'm sure that blade is loose with the way that pivot looks. Don't know if Buck could fix that one.

Vintage Buck - USA - 110 folding knife.

wood grips

Very nice condition.

Overall length open is 8-1/2"

Hilarious.

I would hope that even the newbie of newbies would stay away from a knife with that pivot rivot:barf:
