Is it legal to carry a fixed blade in WA?

I understand that outside of seattle and a few select cities it is legal to carry a sub 3.5 inch single edged fixed blade. Is this true?

You are basically right.

However in Seattle you can only carry a sub 3" blade period.

In the rest of the state you can carry any length blade as long as it is not concealed.

I carried and 18" Kukri daily here for several years, the only attention it drew from law enforcement was admiration.
