Is it legal to export a switchblade?

I know this sounds kinda silly... but I'm not from the US and in my country switchblades are legal to own and legal to carry as long as you don't open them in public and start to wield them in a threatening manner, and i read an article on Wikipedia about the switchblade federal law that sais switchblades can't be expored outside US territories if it affects interstate commerce or so, but I also saw a few switchblade models here and usually shops got like only 1 switchblade in stock that is very very $$$, so I take it that shipping a small number of switchblades outside of US is permitted?

Can you legally import a switchblade into your country?

If so, I would contact a store selling the knife you want and ask them if they can export the knife to you. They should know.

Shipping might be steep.
