Is it normal that my Buck560's blade can hit the handle while closed?

I just found it out today. The blade will NOT hit the handle at normal closed position. But if I continue pushing the blade down (Squeezing the spring of the backlock) and the blade will just hit the handle. Same thing will happen when I don't carefully slow down the blade while closing the knife -- the spring is so strong and the blade can also hit the handle. And there's already a small scratch made by the blade on the bottom of the handle. Is it normal on all 560 or 110s?
Also, I found that it's very difficult to release the lock of my 560, will the lock loosen up a little after some usage?

My 110 does the same thing, I called Buck's CS about it. They basically said this is normal for the most part. It is due to manufacturing tolerances. If I wanted to send it in, they could tighten it up where it would not touch in the process of closing, (swinging to far) but it still would if pressed too hard.

Yeah, I just looked into the knife and also found it can't be prevented because of the design of the knife. Anyway it's not a big problem for me, just take care when closing the knife and never press hard on the blade while closed.
