Is it OK to ask for mixed-brand pics?

I'm looking to compare knives that are from two different manufacturers that have very loyal followers (both companies have forums here at BF). I don't want to offend anyone and I'm not completely sure about the right procedure or which forum to ask in. Does anyone mind and where should I post the request for pics?
