Is it possible to order scales from Kershaw?

I.e., red handle for a Shallot or Chive?

I do not see any way of achieving this other than having someone cerakote one, which may be ok, but would lose the Kershaw logo.

So has anyone tried to do this from the factory?

Any sources for similar custom orders? I've only seen "fancy" handles in the wild...

I only want this for myself, so not concerned about it not being marked as 1600RD, etc.
 
Nope, but there are scale makers, kryptoglow (Dan) rival1314 (Keeth) among others...
 
Thanks 9blades, I left messages for both. Doesn't look like kryptoglow is currently able to do anything from his website, but his work looks great.

If anyone else has ideas, let me know.

I'm to this point because Kershaw factory said no non-RDSO Shallots ever and I haven't seen a 1600RD, but they're supposed to be out there.
 
Crap, I should have mentioned you would have to:

A, find a scale maker that owns a mill (if you want to keep the assist)

B, find a scale maker/someone drill a detent hole.
