Question Is it possible to reactivate my old account?

Hello Spark Some months ago, I hastily requested deactivation of my account with the user name of NathanSr

If possible, please reactivate that account. Also, if possible to reactivate, is it also possible to merge the two accounts.

shows as an active account to the staff (i.e. it gives me the option to ban the account, so it's not currently banned by the staff). So you must have self-banned it.

You might try logging in to that account and see if it gives you an option to un-self-ban the account. The "BANNED" banner, I think, is permanent.

I have used the Contact US link on that page above many times to ask for my NathanSr account to be re-activated. I never received a response. I am the one who requested the account to be deactivated, I was never banned, ever.

I read online that if I created a new account and contacted Spark ,that he could fix this for me. I did reach out to him via PM a while back, and have not received a response

OK. I figured it was worth a try. The staff cannot undo a self-ban. Spark likely can. The best way to contact Spark is through a thread like this in Tech Support.
