Is it time to change my avatar.

I kept this avatar a long time because I figured it would be easy to recognize me quickly by picture alone. I've been flipping the idea around in my head that I should change my avatar to something else.
One idea that I've had is to take a pic of my little dog with a couple of Holy Tearers.... After all, that's what she is!
