Is it worth it to get the Benchmade 100SH20

I'm looking for a good knife to have on the boat, one that I won't have to worry about taking care of. I am in the process of getting a Mora, and plan on taking my Salt along. I would like to have a good fixed blade though, and was looking at the 100SH20BLK. Anybody used this knife. Just looking to do basics on the boat. Thanks.
