Is Microtech still making knives?

I've been looking for a particular micro tech for a while and everywhere seems to be out of stock. Have they stopped making knives? What's the deal?

They kinda do things in bursts. There won't be anything and then suddenly FIVE MILLION AND THEY'RE GONE and then nothing for a while again.

There hasn't been a new Socom, Whaleshark, or Select Fire in ages. I think they even discontinued the last one. They crank out the occasional batch of DOCs and Killswitches every once in a while, and their balisongs pop up here and there as well.

Well.. Have you seen any others *besides* the specific one you're looking for...?
Maybe they've been busy making those knives...?

I'd ask the same question. I've had a couple socoms on backorder at one retailer for over a year now.
