Is my 110 authentic

I bought this buck 110 from my friend who said it was too big for him. Is this an authentic buck or a counterfeit. The fit and finish is pretty good.

Yep it's definitely the real deal no butts about it, and he probably bought it at Walmart and it was probably last year as it's got the 2017 date code.

The fakes have some issues glaringly obvious to anyone who owns one, now you own one and once you're familiar with it you'll recognize a fake when you see it.

im pretty sure he got it at walmart because it has the nylon sheath which i prefer because i can carry it horizontal
