Is my 940 a fake? Seems to share some things with knockoffs.

I recently bought this knife at an authorized dealer. But after a couple days I was on you tube and forums and now I'm not sure what I have. Cut out in the inside of the metal lining has the same shape as the knockoff I seen on YouTube. And on the lock itself the metal frame goes all the way down on both sides instead of one side being a little shorter.http://imgur.com/gallery/Ft8T7QD
 
Looks good to me, benchmade did change the cutout in the cartridge a while back and yours is the newer design. Yours shows no signs it’s fake from the pictures.
 
Yours is 100% authentic. You can tell by the blade. The blade on the China version is drastically different even when it's closed.

I really hate these damn cloners. Really annoying because people do in fact buy them and try and pass them off as the real thing knowing so and try and profit.

Then the people who don't know better some how end up selling them as the real thing cause they got had by someone.

The 940-1 clone has a grey metal liner where the pocket clip gets screwed in. If you look through the holes or inside if it's grey it's a fake. If it's black it's legit. But also can tell from the blade too.
