What have you done with it so far? How has it been stored, in the sheath or in the sleeve outside of the sheath? Have you put anything on the blade to protect it? Have you tried wiping the marks off with anything?
It's hard to tell from the pix, but those could be just rub marks from being in the sheath or something left on the blade from the shop, although none of mine have ever come "dirty". I'd suggest trying to clean them off with WD40, Flitz, Simichrome, BreakFree, just about any decent metal cleaner. If they clean off, then you can coat the blade with a corrosion preventer or just good old mineral oil before you store it again.
