I haven't seen any of the guys from New Graham Knives here for a bit and I sent them an email asking a question about a knife I want several days ago but no reply. Anyone know if there is a problem or they're on holiday or whatever?

They're there, I just had an order ship out from them Monday (and the brown truck of joy should come tomorrow ) Maybe you should re-send the email. It's unusual that they wouldn't respond in a timely fashion.

Agony, MaryBeth is a jewel. Wish I had her temperment. It is definately a difficult week without her. But, she will be back on Monday to fix all the mistakes we make this week.
