Is older and newer BM710 blade size different ?

Compared BM710HS with bronze bushings, and BM710 cm154 with black bushings (wonder what they made of, plastic maybe ?) , both new from box, and its clear that 710 cm154 got a little bit longer and wider blade.
Is it normal ?

I have noticed the newer 710's have the primary blade grind starting higher up than the old ones, this means they are slightly smaller, but not by much.
