Looking out the office window the other day and this is the scene I witness. Wonder if the dialog was something along "honest officer I wasn't drinking".

 
Every day, I see more and more people who can't even manage to get between the lines in a parking lot.
This picture is unfortunately not that surprising.

A friend of mine was in the dentist's chair when a driver "parked" just like that INSIDE the dental procedure room — right next to the chair my friend was in. That's how you know you picked the wrong day to get your cavity filled!

There are lots of videos showing people who couldn't park their car if their life depended on it, but the OPs picture is a bit different.
