Is Swamp Rat Selling Knives At The Moment?

I check in here periodically to see what SRK is currently offering & am continually baffled at not being able to find a product line.
All I can find is the Hairy Carry thing & it appears to be a restricted sale.
I have an older Battle Rat that's permanent carry gear for the ATV & I'm interested in watching for other SRK products, but I just don't see a company that's doing much.
Is my timing off, or are they only putting out one or two models a year?

Thanks, saw the Hairy Carry, but it seems to be restricted to prior orders or something similar.
Guess there's not going to be a regular sustained line of models to choose from?

My Battle Rat goes out as required gear on the ATV, every time I'm going more than three miles from the house, while the Busse and other large blades stay home. I like what I see in the BR & thought the company had a good thing going. But, it's hard to follow their marketing strategy.

Hello Dennis,
Glad to see you on the forums.

This is just off the top of my head and I may be missing some but we have sold the following models since the first of the year.

Mini Mojo
Uncle Mojo
RatManDu
Swamp Wardens
Crash Rat
Chopweilers (Ratweiler Choppers)
Hairy Carry LE for Pre-order

Hairy Carry SE in 3.5 and 4.5" at Blade show
A ton of customs at Blade Show and some at Knob Creek as well

And this weekend we also have more Hairy Carry SE's coming and Crash Rat's as well, these are not "restricted" sales as you put it, they are first come first served. The Hairy Carry LE is the only one that we asked that people pre-order.

I may have missed a few models but from my list I think it is obvious we are making more than 1 or 2 models a year.

Many of these models were in the Company Store www.shop.ratknives.com for for long periods of time so they weren't hard to get at the time.

I hope that helps

Eric

Hi Eric,
Thanks for responding.
Without checking daily, it's not easy to keep up with rotating inventory. :)
Guess my timing's off.

LE, SE, I didn't notice the difference.

Any chance of coming up with a standard base line & sticking to it, with rotating special projects?
? :D

I'da bought a couple Camp Tramps & at least one more BR had they not been dropped.

I picked up a 2008 Crash Axe just in case they do not come around this year again :) .

There was one knife displayed on the store site when I started this thread, and it said LE/previous order only something or other.
What's there now wasn't there then. :)

Wow seems like they are all sold out now i guess i slack off for a bit and hadn't checked

Eric has said another box will hit the shop on Monday ... we just don't know what's in that box.

So ... stay tuned. May you each know success.
