Is the "Bowie no 1" a full tang or frame tang?

I was looking at the Bowie no. 1 and Carrigan knives of the Historic Arkansas Museum and I was curious as to how their handles were constructed. Are they full width tangs or hidden tangs with metal frames around them, or are they made some other way? It's hard to tell from pictures.
