Is the Busse front office closed this week?

I've tried to call a few times today to pay for my order and I only got the voicemail.

I know blades are shipping but is anyone going to take calls?

Yes the office is open. With the Basic 13s hitting the phones have been ringing non stop. It has not been uncommon the last few days for all of the lines to be tied up at one time. We appreciate everyone's patience with trying to get through.

Well...not necessarily as far as a response goes.
Agree with awesome part though!

Earlier in the thread I said I had got through at 9:15. The reason I had called was in regards to an email I sent Shaley last week asking to be added to BB13CG waiting list. I never got a response to my email so I was calling to confirm it went through.

Shaley wasn't in when I called but I spoke to a very nice lady who took my message.

I asked her if it was normal to not receive a response to an email asking to be added to a wait list for a knife and she said that it was normal.

Not complaining at all, just a PSA to other Hogs who may be in the same boat.

Not sure if they still do, but Busse used to hold a weekly production meeting Tue. afternoons. I also called yesterday and got the machine around 2-2:30pm, figured it was meeting time and called back after 3. Got Shaley on the first ring. :)
