Is the Kershaw Trooper meant for use or show?

I know it works very well for show... beutiful knife... but can it be a user? Of course, daggers aren't great for cutting and all that, I know, but I would still love to have this knife in my EDC.

I think it would work pretty well for its inteded purpose - people perforating.
