Is the Large Sebenza too large for comfortable front right pocket edc?

i've been doing it for about a year

of course, i have a Swisschamp in the same pocket, so i might be the wrong one to answer

Nope, I actually find it to be the most perfectly sized knife I've ever owned. I have a large Classic, and the handle is just big enough for my entire hand, not too wide, not too thick, and packs just the right amount of blade with nothing to really get snagged on or slow my cutting down. It also doesn't look huge and intimidating despite being far from a small knife. I've never had a knife with such balance and harmony in design. The Caly III came close, but this knocked it out of my pocket indefinitely. I can't get my whole hand on the small Sebenza handle, which I don't like, and it's really not that much smaller than the large overall, so I see no reason to have one if you are a person with larger hands.

No. I carry mine clipped to my left front pocket with no problems. But then again I'm left handed and I keep my change and keys in my right front pocket. You didn't mention if you were going to clip to the pocket (my preference) or carry it loose. Coins and keys can and will scratch the scales and coins in particular can dull the blade.;)

I carry a large, but IWB -- either right front side, or right back side. It's the perfect size as far as I'm concerned...

I carry my large with jeans but find myself going with the small in summer shorts weather. The large does feel smaller than it looks...I think the staight lines cause's it to ride down the pants seem very well.

I carry my large micarta Classic clipless in a CRK calfskin pouch in my right front pants pocket with my wallet, and it feels perfectly comfortable. Of course, my wallet is never very fat, so it never takes up much room.:)

You will have no problem carrying a large Sebenza clipped on your front pocket. It is no harder to carry than any other knife its size. GOOD LUCK! Kevin :thumbup:

Have been carrying my large micarta for a little over a year now clipped in my right front pocket. No complaints at all, even with the double thumbstud that CRK installed recently.

I've never had any problems carrying my Large Regular Sebbie, no matter with what I'm wearing, whether it be jeans or shorts around the house. Sometimes I even forget that I have it on me. :D

large sebbie is pretty light and slim. no problems. the only thing is you may not want to wear it with your lightweight wool business pants...a smaller knife may be more suitable, like a spyderco calypso or delica or dragonfly.
