Is the Leen 1203 out of production?

I read some reviews and it looked like it was custom-made for me: a light frame-lock with a tip-up clip and a blade with enough belly to spread peanut butter or skin a deer. Well-made, didn't infringe on anyone's patents, and inexpensive as only Chinese knives can be. Google neither turns any up, nor explains where they all went. Everyone seems to have liked them, and yet they're gone.

There's a G10 Liner lock version at FastTech Here. It's the 1203-1 Ithink that the one you want is the 1203-2.
There's always the SanRenMu 710/7010, very similar and available in a lot of different finishes.

Thank you for that link. The liner lock version will do, I just ordered one. I see that it says "Leen" on the blade in the picture, but no where in the description, and a search for "Leen" turns up nothing. Seems odd, I wonder what's going on.

I've gotten used to carrying knives tip-up and am trying to stick with it, so that rules the 710 out.

No problem, I searched for info on them and came up with a few facts, 1: from Facebook, they only use 440C German or American. 2: from shopmadeinchina, they are a New Brand in China and made in Mainland China.
They don't appear on many sale sites that I can find.
