Is the new RMD just a RMDxLE with the top guard
removed? If so, the Ratters are going to love it.
I removed the guard on mine and its perfect.
Ive got pics on here somewhere cant find them.
Have to post more later.
 
There's a new RMD?

If you mean the standard RMD then no, the RMDx is a longer knife and the handles are a bit different at the guard area.
 
He may be referring to the blade show prototypes. They do look like single quillion RMDx's.
 
My 1 of 12 RMD ptoto 6" seems to be a RMDx with the top gaurd missing:cool::thumbup:

Yeah, I had the same cognition when I saw the RMD proto. And, I'm still torn as to what to do about my RMD LE - should I remove the top guard or leave it?

I go back and forth on this all the time.
