Is the next gen ranger a one hander?

Hello! I am displaying the gaping hole in my 'hawk knowledge here, but that's o.k.! Is the Next Gen Ranger hawk a one hander? Or is it more of a 2 handed tool because of weight/size considerations?

The Next Gen is a one hander but the added handle length allows it to be used with both hands in some situations. As for weight it is not much heavier than the Vietnam Tactical. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info Justin, it is exactly what I was looking for. By the way, I was laughing to myself last night as I thought about posting things like: "Are rangers one handers? Is that ranger a one hander?" and others liek it. Being that you are a Ranger, I thought it was kinda funny if one was a ranger to hear titles like those. I had to pick my title carefully so that I wouldn't sound like I was asking weird quesions about Army Rangers!!

Hmm, maybe it was just funny to me late lst night... man, I need some sleep!

I am glad that the info helped you out. I can see where you had a tough time picking your subject line for your post. I am glad that you came up with the title that you did otherwise I would have had to listen to all kinds of weirdness from people like Spark and some others that are former military.
