Is the S110V Manix a sprint?

This was probably covered in one of the earlier threads but I am a latecomer. Is the S110V Manix a limited sprint run? Or is it going to be regular production?

I think regular production. But, as you can imagine, it is QUITE popular and the places that have it in stock are going to fluctuate. Just have to keep your eyes peeled or make a pre order.

Ok, glad to know that I won't have to sell an arm and a leg on the secondary market for a knife that comes and goes in 60 secs on all the major dealer sites!

Spyderco has said that it is a regular production item.

I'm not sure of the production numbers vs. the popularity. For awhile after they came out there would be occasional reports of certain retailers having them in stock at various times. They almost always sell out in a day or less. I have not read any reports of them being in stock anywhere in weeks, maybe a month or more. Could be that they are perpetually sold out, could be that the production numbers are low, for all we know they've stopped making them.

I'm also still looking for one. Every day I check the 7 major online retailers that I know of. I don't think I have ever found someone that had one in stock, but then I can only check in the evenings and that gives too much time for stores to sell out during the day.
