I've seen the post saying around $700. Is that correct?

Id like to see some pics of the trifecta...Umfaan, small and large sebenza:cool:

A few months ago, I called CRK and asked - they have no current plans to bring the Umfaan back. Looks like the secondary is the only market for the time being. Oh well :)

$700? Thats the highest I have heard for one. They are collectors items and will only increase in time. so if you are a serious collector go for it.

I have no problem with the secondary market. I support it:)

I am just curious if this is a realistic price....if I find one:thumbup:

Also, opinions on this mystical little beast:D

I saw this price estimate here in this thread. I just don't know much about the CRK folder market....yet:D

Maybe a better question would have been....How much were they originally and what would you expect to pay for one?

thanks guys for your help:cool:

It's a miniature Sebenza with twin thumblugs and no clip.
Consider also how thin such a small hollowground blade is and don't touch the edge. :)

I saw one on ebay not too long ago and it ended at $323, it was reconditioned from CRK. Here is the listing title: Chris Reeve Knives Umfaan Reconditioned Lines Graphic

Don't know if it's worth it to you or not, but I love mine. It found it's way back in my pocket this week because I cut the tip of my nail nick opener thumb. Man, I sure did miss it. This knife is a little beast. It's small, sharp, classy and tough! A great combo. I pressed a larger thumb stud in as the original was quite small. It will be hard to displace from the pocket this time.
