Is the ZT 0350's hardware stainless?

I'm wondering if the pocket clip and screws of my 0350SW are stainless. I'm doing some significant customizing and the black coated stuff isn't going to fly. Can I just blast it, or do I need to Cerakote it too?
 
If anyone was wondering, the hardware and pocket clip are 410 stainless and the thumbstud is 416 stainless.
