Is there a basic video on disassemly and reassembly for folders?

I would love to be able to take apart, clean, polish, install new washers, etc for folders. I have not done well so far. Is there a really basic video on this??

It's generally pretty straight forward. Just make sure you have the correct drivers for the screws. Washers are pretty specific for different models I believe. So you'll need to do some reading on that. I don't have any resources for that though.
