Is there a busse team Gemini copy??

Hey guys I know I mite get some hate from this but I'm looking for a knife that has the same look as the busse team Gemini, basically I want a team Gemini copy or knock off. The only reason I'm looking for one is because I just don't have the kind of money to but a real buses team Gemini and I really love how it looks. So if anyone has any information on where to get/buy a similar looking knife to the team Gemini that would be greatly appreciated :) if not o well then just post pictures of your team Gemini's so I can drool over them for a wile ;)
 
I know that feeling too well. I keep making an inventory of the knives I will get when my funds are high enough. Unfortunately my list keeps getting longer and my funds aren't getting any higher.
 
I'm in the same boat, but I will not buy a knock off, I love the TGLB but I don't want to spend that kind of many of a fixed blade, so I'm checking out what the scrapyard has, and swamp rat still expensive but cheaper than busse, also looking at Esee and the bk-9 as well. The esee and bk-9 being the cheaper of all knives posted of course.

Tell me about it , It;s not that I couldn't buy it but right now I have more important things to buy than knives, (daughter due on Christmas Day) , so knives are on the back burner for awhile, Is it wrong everytime I buy something else for the baby I'm like damn I could a bought (insert knife here) for what I just paid for this baby stuff, Which BTW who prices this baby stuff it's freakin ridiculous....OK RANT OFF

Snacks? Grab leftover steak and beer from the fridge. Microwavable burritos in the freezer, bottom shelf.
 
Don't look for a knockoff, just pick up something else. Although I do also really like the looks of the TGLB, the Becker BK9 (or BK7) for less than $100.00 would do most things the TGLB would do. I am talking about real use here. If you want to be Daryl, then I can't help you.

Hahaha ya I already have the bk9 I mainly want the team Gemini for looks and some day I hope to be able to get the team Gemini befor they stop making the model

As a fellow Texan, i'll go ahead and mention that looking for a knockoff of one of the most popular knife companies on this site is not a good way to build a reputation as a new BF member. Trust me, i made this same mistake years ago and i still get crap for it
 
We don't condone or make recommendations about knock offs. Especially when the knife in question has a forum on here. Come on, common sense.

Haha ok thanks for the tip ok guys scratch I said about a knock off how about a similar looking knife Mabey??? Or is that also a no no
 
I'm even newer than you but I'd think that's a no no as well. Your best chance would be looking for what it is you like about it and finding similar attributes in other knives. Is it the blade shape, color, grips? See what it is you like and you may end up finding something you like even more.
 
I've never handled a knock-off TGLB but I have my my Brother's with me for sharpening (real one) And it's just amazing. Probably the most solid knife I've ever felt. It's quite the looker, too.

I know it's not the answer you're looking for but I would just save up for the real deal if you like the Team Gemini design.

Anyone who buys a knock off is no friend of mine, LAME :thumbdn:
That beiing said, save up, buy the busse, sell a cpl of your rare pokeman cards or something. Once you get it, take care of it and you will always be able to get your intitial investment back if ever need be. Its not like your going to the mall and buying 5 pairs of jeans. That thing will hold its value & give you a warm fuzzy in the process.
 
Why don't you just save up? I'm saving up right now for a knife that's somewhat pricey for me. You can buy any knife you want if you just save up enough.
