If I understand it correctly, the handle is longer on the II.

1/2" added handle length and it comes with micarta scales that go the full length of the handle, including around the hole.
And i believe i saw October something on the release date in another thread.

I clicked on this thread thinking it was about Izula Folder.

That Izula II should be a sweet knife, I like the larger handle on it.
