Is there a "Got Bit" thread?

I've seen some random threads in the past but I know (even though it hurts) you all, like me, take a bit of pride when you first take that 'nik/slice/hit/cut/puncture - and God willing, that's all you'll endure.

My Sebenza Insingo just took a nice bite out of my middle finger while I prepared some deli meat as a late night snack. I will certainly admit that alcohol was most indeed a factor in the evening.

I'm not going to post a picture because, well, it's unnecessary, but I thought I'd go ahead and vocalize my wound.

I'd like to thank the Academy, and most of all, Chris Reeve, his family and his wonderful staff.

I got bite by mine once while cleaning her. I was wiping the blade down and my toddler fell down and I jerked while jumping up to get her. Laughs it honestly was like a laser had cut my index finger. So yep, been bit but it was my fault not the sebenza!

I have gotten cut by all the CRK I have EDC'ed. It just happens when using them over an extended period of time, even when your careful. My latest is a nice bite, 1/2" cut from my zaan. I am sure it wouln't be the last either !

Just received my first microscopic nick a couple days ago. I was using my small 21 to cut an apple and nicked the side of my thumb with the very tip of the blade. Super clean cut that didn't even bleed, but was my first puncture from a CRK.

My CRK hasn't cut me yet but my Bark River, Kershaw and CRKT sure have. The BRKT was a good one too, vertical up the thumb!
