Is there a Ka-Bar that does not have the non-glare coating?

You should see some of the Ka-Bar Becker knives that have been stripped and finished. Takes a bit of effort, which I haven't done yet, but it sure looks worth it.

Here's a picture from rkmoore in the Becker forum area. (Hope he doesn't mind I pinched his picture)

There is also a series of low-price Ka-Bar imports that have nicely finished blades and stacked leather handles.

The Dog Head series from Ka-Bar is mostly traditional pocketknives, but also includes some fixed blades.

I'm fairly certain that the Next Gen KaBar's all had a grey epoxy coating and were not bead blasted. The one I bought new in 2009 was coated, not bead blasted.
