Is there a knife like this? 2.75-3" flipper, titanium, tip up. Think Mnandi flipper.

Kinda narrowing my knife preferences, and it seems I like flippers just under, or around 3". Something like a Mnandi or small Sebenza with a flipper would be good. Frame/liner lock. The boker urban trapper is too long at 3.5" blade. The AG Russell gentleman's flipper has that terrible sharpening choil (I hate that!). The AG Russell skorpions also have the choil, and are wharnie blades (not a huge fan, but not a deal breaker). I use a Skyline now, and a chill. Both are OK, but Skyline is a tad big, the chill would benefit from a better detent, and better materials. Not fan of broad Spydie leaf blades (or any broad blades), or the Domino would be right in there. I like the Southard's design, it's just too big. The Ripples and Eros from crkt are tip down (with a flipper, why??) I had a SOG twitch II. Just about right, except it's a lockback, and closing small, assisted knives with smooth handles and dry hands is a little slippery, and little unsafe. Oh, and a high-ride clip too. Hate the deep carry stuff, unless on the smaller side of my range. 2.5-2.75". I do have an Amplitude on pre-order. Have to see about that one.
Any suggestions?

Sure, there is. The Spyderco Dice, which is even described as the Domino's little brother by the company.
I like the 2.52" full-flat-ground CTS-XHP blade a lot; a very smooth slipper. (I've also had several Dominos.) Yes, it's a leaf-shaped blade, but that means "strength" to me.
Its handle features a solid titanium scale on one side and a titanium liner and Cubic Check carbon fiber/G-10. A robust Reeve Integral Lock (R.I.L.) with a long-wearing hardened steel interface provides the blade lock-up, and a four-position pocket clip.
Nice folder in my book.
Here is a pic that shows the Dice with the Sage 2, so you can see the physical size. The Dice also has a full-size handle...just over four inches; provides a GOOD grip.

Olson Quick Flick is a great little flipper with tip up but it's button lock.

CRKT Eros is an extremely light titanium frame lock flipper but tip down.

Curtiss F3 Compact is tip up but the blade length is only 2.3 inches.

Curtiss F3 Compact? It doesn't have any Mnandi-style wood or anything, but it has similar quality of construction. The blade is rather broad relative to its length though, so it may not be exactly what you're looking for.

As for tip down flippers - that's my preferred method of deployment and carry. When you grab the knife out of your pocket (with thumb and middle finger), you're grasping it near the pivot and can flip it open with your index finger without having to re-adjust your grip. Never had a flipper deploy in my pocket, even partially, which seems to be the main concern for most people who don't like tip down.

Sounds like you may be in search of a unicorn. I saw a custom from JB Blount that nearly met your requirements but otherwise you might have have to expand one of your criteria. Its possible that you could de-assist one of the small Kershaw flippers?

Sounds like you want an F3 Compact, Mini Cruze or 3" XM to me!

How about a Mini Tighe Breaker? I've only ever seen them tip down but I know he makes the large version tip up so they may be out there. Of course, you didn't mention a price range so that might be out.
