Is there a mid-size Busse (5-6" blade) that has a flat spine?

I am looking to finish my nessmuk trio (Iltis Oxhead Universal Forest Axe, INSERT BUSSE HERE, and a SAK Work Champ). I need a mid size busse that has a flat spine so that I can strike a firesteel.

I own a few Busses but they all have a rounded spine. Would I be able to find a Busse that has a totally flat spine so that I could strike a firesteel on it? Cost isn't really an issue. I'd like it to come in under $500 if possible.

What matters:
5-6" blade
Flat spine for firesteel striking
Micarta slabs
INFI Steel

What doesn't matter:
color/finish
blade shape
weight
blade aspect ratio
age/user status

Thank you all, in advance, for the help fellas. If there aren't many options or the options are too rare I may have to go with some sort of bark river in 3v. I would like to add to the Busse family though.

A SAR-5 with some slight modification might be a possibility . It is a knife that is many times overlooked , but offers a lot of utility .

If you can find one, Busse did make a Muck pattern knife a little while back. Middle knife in this pic.

BATAC
SJTAC
Urban Grudge? It has a squared swedge.
Tank Buster
Satin Jack

The old school models, in general, tend to have a more square spine than later models.

These are still selling close to their original price too.

You can get several models with swedges that will throw sparks. I've done that with my SAR5

Stunning handles on that Muck! WOW!!! I always favor smooth handles and that one is downright sexy! :)

If a 6.5" blade meets your need, the ASH-1 is very popular. It is available in 3 different blade thicknesses: .188", .225" & .320".

Pick the Busse knife that you want and grind a flat spot on the spine or send it to the Shop to be modded.

Its called the Pork Belly skinner. Came out quite a while back but I do see them on the exchange fairly often. :)

I would just buy whatever 5-6" blade best suits your purpose. If it has a rounded spine and you really want to use it as a firesteel striker, 30 secs with a dremel will sort that out for you. Otherwise you can just attach a carbide striker to your firesteel. They cost and weigh next to nothing, and at a push can also be used in the field to straighten out any small edge rolls.

Thanks for all the recommendations everyone. After looking around at everything people suggested, I'd like to go with a BATAC LE.

Again, thank you all.

Perhaps striking somewhere else - like on the handle heel? That appears to be a good striking-type corner...Cheers.

Pork Shank…small enough to carry with ease, big enough to get the job done
Perfect camp knife and it throws well too..
