Is there a secret handshake to gift other members subscriptions?

I'm lookin just to pick up a basic membership or two; nothin' fancy. I can't access your page to do so. Under Paid Subscriptions, you have a spot that reads "Please use our Paypal option" and Paypal is hyperlinked to this page:

Which does not load.

Is there a way to fix that? Also, provide me with a link to do said act of philanthropy?

There's a couple problems at play that combined disabled the FAQ. We're working on a workaround.
