Is there a sprint run mailing list?

I'm new to Spyderco (my first, a PM2, is on its way), and I wondered if there's an email list or the like to get notified when pre-orders for sprint runs begin.
I really wish I'd been paying attention when the M390 Para2 dropped, that's one pretty knife.
 
No, there is not, at least not from Spyderco, although the annual catalog, and mid-year supplement, will show some of the Sprints planned for release with the year. However, there are always some that just suddenly appear out of nowhere. It is possible that one or more dealers send out mailings saying they're accepting pre-orders, although I can't recall ever receiving such an email from any of those I normally use.
 
Sometimes the dealers announce these things on Facebook and not in their newsletters. Sometimes they do it via newsletters. More often you find out after they put them on their sites and the big buyers get a shot at them.
 
Dang. Sounds like I just need to pay super close attention to the Spyderco subforum.
 
They are "all over the place" so to speak with sprints and exclusives. Some get announced in the catalog or mid year supp, some get a mention from Sal and word spreads, some even just show up in dealer shelves/websites unannounced...And my favorite: The dealer exlcusives that get announced waaaay advanced even a year ahead sometimes.
