I'm making a HDPE base for my diamond stones and I need to know I there is a high temp which must be avoided? Is 240*F safe?

I was impatient so I called DMT, the stones can handle 200*F indefinitely and 250 for a "short amount" of time.

Again this is directly from DMT.

Edit: just incase anyone is reading this now, or searching in the future, the answer above is only what one employee who answered the phone told me, after thinking about it more I'm going to be emailing them about the subject as I've read dealers sales pages, and people here's testimonial that you can auto-clav DMT stones so I would think they can handle much more than 200-250*F.

If your wondering I went ahead with making the HDPE base and everything was fine, after being extruded I pushed the stone into the top of the block of HDPE and then cooled it underwater and the base turned out awesome.
