Is there an easy way to find college knife regulations?

For those with a similar question, who don't know the answer, here are some good places to inquire:
*Campus policies
*Campus housing regulations
1,2 usually found in your handbook or online
*Campus Police/ Public Saftey Department
*State, county and local law.
 
Go right to those who will be enforcing the regulations. Ask a campus police officer.

Most colleges and universities just use state and local laws, but I am sure there are exceptions.
 
It's worth remembering that different parts of campus may be subject to different regulations.

For example, you can keep stuff in a dorm room that you might not be allowed to have on your person on campus (ie, large kitchen knives). If a facility is contracted out to a company that then staffs the location, such as a residential dining hall, then there may be seperate regulations there as well.
