Is there any knife shop in Hong Kong??

Will be going there on a business trip.. anyone knows if there is any knife shop that I should visit..

I know chances are not high, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask

As I am a hong kongese, I think I can answer the question.
In Hong Kong, the sales of knives is nearly monpoly that the prices of famous brand names knives are higher than usa .
Since the price are high & the law of knives carrying is strict , less people collect knives than a decade ...
