I'm freakin out that I'm not gonna have the funds when they are released and all distributers/vendors are going to sell out immediately. What I wanna know is if ill have a chance to buy one a month or so after, and how long will they be in production? I gotta have me a 16

Don't worry about vendors running out, just do what I'm going to do: wait for the first unwitting victim to excitedly post about their new BK-16, then get out your duct tape and ski mask.
