that Jerry is considering making a 5/16" Fusion Steel Heart?

I would really like to know if that's going to become a reality or not.

Yes, he's considering it. Whether that consideration will result in actual 5/16 FSHs remains to be seen.

I can see it now... the ultimate nuclear holocaust happens... DAMN, that cockroach has my INFI! :grumpy:

5/16"? HELLO PEOPLE!!! Let's not forget what else lies within the Busse compound......3/8" INFI :D

We can deal with 5/16" later, what we need right now is our collective efforts to get both the FSH and FBM in 3/8" before it's gone forever :)

Wetdog, Strabs....get in here and help me out :D

ha! forget 3/8", i want a 1/2" FBM:eek: , anything else is an unacceptable comprimise of strength!!! :D :D :D

If you guys get your infi any thicker it's going to be more useful as a blunt trauma instrument than a cutting tool. :p

I don't understand...

I have used INFI as a blunt trauma instrument and a cutting tool. Did I do something wrong? :D

Poppycock!

3/8" INFI sure does make for a keen cutter when it is hollow ground. Right DN!!!!

Nevermind, decided not to go there have a nice day DN.

3/8" Nuclear Cockroach Swatter.

Solid INFI, Fusion Micarta Handles.

In-shop pick-up only. (Cause you can't have it if you can't pick it up? Well, that too, but mostly because shipping charges would bankrupt us.)

Now where is that 80 lb. barbell? Need to start training.

:p

ill put in my vote for 3/8ths fusion battle mistress's :D

i couldnt resist something like that... especially if it was put up for sale once it was all made and ready for shipping :D:D:D (not that that would effect me buying on or not :) ) id like a 1/4 buffalo soldier, the thought of a 3/8ths fbm is something of a dream :)

(theres so many smileys in this post... its creepy...)

I am thinking more like 1/16th :D
sharp sharp sharp!!!!!!

YES!!! We need 3/8ths! The skull crusher or birds beak will work quite well (as a blunt trauma inst), and as noted, with the right grind 3/8" will cut quite nicely. I really need it down here so I can get rid of my 'life hammer' for underwater escape. (around 40 people/year drown in cars in Broward Co. alone from cars going into canals which can be up to 30' deep)

Also need a big thick honkin blade for uninvited 'guests' that show up fairly regularly cause we live in a sorta reclaimed swamp. OK, 5/16 may work in a pinch, but gime me that sharpened prybar.

Now you guys are talking my style! I agree, forget 5/16". - 3/8" all the way. Oh yeah! That's what I'm talking about.

My unle made an "Iron Mistress" reproduction bowie with a 10" blade from 3/8" D2 and holy cr@p is it incredible. My father once had a 3/8" thick ceremonial Kukri, very impressive. I'm a fan of any thicker than usual knife. Let us have it!
