is there anybody know the content of ISO 8442.1

I am a Chinese knives' manufacturer. Our products are exported to America and Europe very successfully every time. But last year, a custumer asked whether our products had passed ISO 8442.1. This is a big dealer, we won't lose this customer. And tried to find this standards' content. Is there any friend can help me? So many thanks
