I have a what is otherwise a nearly mint condition Case 62087 with a lazy main blade. Is there any remedy for that or...? It will sort of snap shut but not with authority. Pretty green bone too...

Sometimes...or should I say a lot of times when I have had this, I have taken my knife to the sink.. used hot water and liquid soap and given it a real decent workout in the joints-I do this a few times, then take the knife to the garage and use compressed air to blow out the joints making sure I get rid of all the water, and then use WD40 ...work that in opening and closing the blade heaps-really work it - I use this because the water has got in there - and whatever small amount remains - WD40 should expel it..and blow that out...then mineral oil the joints.... that usually will fix it, if that doesnt?...then a knife maker may have a suggestion as what to do mechanically to the knife?

Its still weak but it snaps a bit. From looking at how far the spring comes out when the blade is pulled out I would say that it never was strong. Compared to the pen blade that is.

Might be age related although the knife looks very little used.

Some just leave the factory with weak snap I suppose. The bone is very attractive though.

If cleaning, as Duncan mentioned, does not do it, then fixing the problem involves some working on the spring or even replacing it. You should know what you are doing in this case. Maybe sending to Case might help, I have no experience in that. Nice bone BTW.
