Is there difference in blade grind? m16-14LE and m16-14M

If you happen to own or handle both CRKT-M16-14LE and CRKT-M16-14M, could you tell me whether the blades have different grind? From looking at the images on CRKT site, it seems that m16-14LE has hollow grind while the m16-14M has streight grind. I am not sure this difference is because of the image distortion or they are actually different.

Also, do all these models have 4-way pocket clip postioning?
