Is there a blade with the following:
3.5 to 4 inch plain edge
Liner lock instead of lock back
Very easy to open one handed without using the "Spydie drop" technique
Substantial large beefy scales

I have had several lock backs and sold them since I never did master the art of easily opening one handed.

Thanks for all input

A Military is a great 4" linerlock that is very easy to open with a simple thumb movement.

I don't have a Gayle Bradley, but it should also be very easy to open.

the gayle bradley is a must for any spyderco fan. they really could charge people at least $50 more for as nice of a knife you get. fastest and smoothest knife i have

the gayle bradley is one of my all time favorite knives.....ever.. the smoothest opening knife i have ever used. in fact it is smoother then either the small or large sebenza's that i have handled at the store.006.jpg

This loosely describes why the Military is so popular.
