Is there such a thing?

I was all into milspec stuff but it just attracts too much attention to me and I just like to stay on the down low.

I carry Frost River's standard Carrier Brief Messenger Bag. Smaller than I used to carry, which keeps me from overloading with unnecessary gear. All their bags are waxed cotton which softens up quickly but stays waterproof. Good organization, lets me keep the main section free.

I don't think that has organizer pockets. It's more like the Timbuk2 messengers I have. Great for hauling laundry or groceries, or traveling, not as much as a day bag.

Oh, okay. You know I really like the tactical tailor three day plus assault pack. I had one in multicam, I gave it away cause the MC stood out. I might get one in black or ranger green.

I really like their distinctly civilian style. I am not going into combat with a simple messenger bag or duffel and I don't need camo, molle, or pockets inside pockets. My Frost River softened up nicely, is light-weight for all its toughness and is flexible enough to stuff quite a few extra items.

With the side and front pockets you're looking at 2000 cubic inches. Not bad for a fairly trim, compact bag, listed at 3.3 lb.
