Is there the M2 Pinnacle?

I wish!
That would go right to the top of my "must have" list in a millisecond.

They keep coming out with new models in this steel and they do an excellent job with the heat treat, so, why not?

Thought I read somewhere that the 750 was being discontinued, but can't find it anywhere.
Anybody else see that, or did I just have a gaseous expulsion from betwixt my ears:confused:

The Pinnacle is a terrific knife. While M-2 would be nice option, 154CM does the job. Don't hesitate to buy the knife because you can't have M-2.

Very true AF.
I love my ATS-34 Pinnacle, but, personally I consider M-2 to be an upgrade in the steel dept.
To me, that would make an already excellent folder even better.:D

According to the BM forum, the 750 is or already has been discontinued.

I'm sure that they are still available from the major dealers, but that won't last forever, so jump if you want one.

BTW, the info on the BM forum was from the company itself, so this is not idle "chit-chat".

Discontinued? That's really too bad although I'm happy I have my "still as new" ATS-34 version that I bought last year. Got it for a really good deal through 1STOP's Halloween Madness "Make an offer" Special.

Unfortunately, Benchmade really didn't push this knife as the Axis models came out soon after and overshadowed it. Secondly, non-knife nuts probably found the knife design with mottled grey handles (they probably didn't even know it was ti) somewhat too austere.

Lastly, knife knuts considered it a "poor man's" Sebenza. That's ashame since a good design is a good design.

Never found its niche!
