Is this 110 legit?

I've been checking out some Buck knives on auction at Ebay. Came across this:

I am by no means a Buck expert but the knife looks too new- the brass looks shiny. The handle has four pins while other two dots I've seen have 3 pins. They were made both ways? The seller has a good record but I wanted to check with you guys.

Its ligit, looks like someone has done some polishing.

From the pictures it looks ligit to me. We did make the two dot 110 with three inlay rivets.
