Is this 91 Case Congress desirable?

It's in a local pawn shop and the guy wants $250. He sees the bomb shield variety of this knife fetching $450 on eBay and thinks this one is worth the same amount. It has no cracks or rub. I have searched online and can't find any comps of this exact knife in the last few years.

Also is that green bone? Idk why case green bone always looks brown to me lol.

Im not trying to sell it. He tried to trade for my gec gunstock jack user knife that I showed him. I honestly don't know what that knife is worth but I paid retail years ago, which was well under $250. Thanks!

Sorry. Questions of valuation require a Gold or higher membership level.

But I'll give you a pointer: You will need to know when the knife was manufactured in order to determine the value. Case had a marking system for year of manufacturer. You can find it on the web.
